Golden Salt Shop ships worldiwide from Rome, Italy.

All shipments are tracked and you will receive the shipping details email once we ship. Our order handling times,  are approximately 1-10 working days. So, total shipping times, including the order handling times, are usually: 

  • 1-2 weeks for Italy
  • 1-3 weeks for EU, UK and USA
  • 2-6 weeks for Asia, Australia, Russia, Africa and rest of the World.

We ship worlwide, you will find the shipping rates directly in the cart once the checkout has started: by entering your city the shipping cost will be automatically updated based on the weight of the items.

In case of return, write an email to info@goldensaltstore.com with the order reference and the date of purchase, followed by a reason (wrong size, manufacturing or manufacturing defects, etc.) and photos if necessary.
